3. Athlete and Coach Listings

Athletes and coaches who create profiles agree that:

• They have the right to share any photos, bios, and experience listed

• Their profile may be publicly visible on the platform

• They will conduct themselves professionally when contacted or booked

Elite Sports Development reserves the right to edit, remove, or reject any profile at its discretion.

4. Booking Requests and Communication

When a user submits a booking request:

• We do not guarantee acceptance by any athlete or coach

• All booking agreements are made directly between users and the athlete/coach

• Elite Sports Development is not a party to any agreements, payments, or services arranged

Users and athletes are responsible for confirming all details of sessions, including time, location, pricing, and expectations.

5. Payments

At this time, Elite Sports Development may or may not process payments directly through the platform. If payments are handled externally:

• We are not responsible for payment disputes between users and athletes/coaches

• Any financial agreements are solely between the involved parties

6. Conduct and Safety

All users agree to behave respectfully and professionally.

Elite Sports Development reserves the right to:

• Remove users or athletes for inappropriate behavior

• Suspend access for violations of platform rules

• Refuse service to anyone at our discretion

We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or incidents that occur during training sessions, camps, or events.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Elite Sports Development provides a connection service only.

We are not liable for:

• Injuries sustained during training or events

• Disputes between users and athletes/coaches

• Cancellations, schedule changes, or service quality

• Any damages resulting from use of the platform

Users participate at their own risk.
