1. Platform Role
Elite Sports Development is a facilitating platform only. We do not directly provide training services and are not responsible for delivering sessions, payments, or service fulfillment.
All bookings, payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled between the user and the individual athlete or coach unless otherwise stated.
2. Refund Eligibility
Because services are provided by independent athletes and coaches, refund policies may vary by provider.
In general:

Refunds are not guaranteed through the platform

Any refund requests must be made directly to the athlete or coach providing the service

Refund approval is at the discretion of the individual service provider
3. Cancellations
If a booking is canceled:

Users should communicate directly with the athlete or coach as soon as possible

Cancellation terms (including any fees or refunds) are determined by the athlete or coach

Elite Sports Development does not manage or enforce cancellation penalties
4. No-Show Policy
If a user or athlete does not attend a scheduled session:

Elite Sports Development is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation

Any resolution must be handled directly between both parties
5. Disputes
In the event of a dispute:

We encourage both parties to communicate directly to resolve the issue

Elite Sports Development may assist in communication but does not guarantee resolution or financial mediation

We reserve the right to review accounts and remove users who violate platform trust or conduct policies
6. Platform Fees (if applicable in the future)
If Elite Sports Development introduces platform fees:

Those fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated

Any refund of service fees will be clearly communicated at the time of payment
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept any updated terms.
